GENERAL DISCIPLINARY RULES

1 . GENERAL INFORMATION :-

• Generally information is given to parents through SMS/WhatsApp, so they are required to update their mobile numbers timely with the office & fee counter.

2 . DRESS CODE - DO'S :-

• The student must be sent to school in neat & tidy school uniform with school bag, clean shoes, shaved beard, trimmed hair/nails & properly dressed braid, failing which he/she may be sent back to home. He/She is allowed to wear a simple wrist watch.

      DON'Ts :-

• The students are not expected to use the school uniform during private tution's, shopping or visiting public places unless permitted by the school.

3 . PUNCTUALITY :-

• It is obligatory for the students to reach the school & enter the gate before it is closed. Any kind of indulgence or quarrel with the school staff, in this regard it will be considered as an act of indiscipline.

4 . RULE/ABIDANCE :-

• The students as well as Parents/Guardians are expected to follow the rules & regulations made by the school. On the other hand any body having any legitimate complaint or suggestions, may lodge it with the Principal/Reception in writing.

5 . GENUINE CALL :-

• The Parents/Guardians are advised to call on the principal, from time to time to discuss the matter regarding the academic performance & behaviour of their wards.

6 . PARENT'S INVOLVEMENT :-

• Parents not having sufficient interest in the progress of their wards or fail to comply with the rules, made for the benefit of their wards, may withdraw their ward from the school, proportionate tution fees only can be returned on applying for T/C.

7 . NOTICES :-

• The Parents/Guardians must pay their attention to the notices whenever sent by the school through their wards or by any other means including the notes in the dairy & act accordingly.

8 . RULE AMENDMENT :-

• The school rules may be changed from time to time taking into consideration the interest of the students & institution & generally announced in morning assembly.

9 . OBSCENITY :-

• Inconvenience, if any is caused to a student(orally/written or through imputation) of same/other sex as well as teacher & staff members by the obscenity of child, he/she can be expelled from the school.

10 . STERN ACTION :-

• Principal has the right to suspend/rusticate the student or ask parents to withdraw their wars whose conduct in adverse to the moral tone or discipline of the institution.

11 . HEALTH & HYGINE :-

• All the students must observe personal as well as community health rules. However the dustbins are provided all over the campus must be used to keep the school premises clean.

12 . MONEY COLLECTION :-

• All types of money transactions between students or staff without genuine reson comes within in-disciplinary ambit.

13 . THE SCHOOL PROPERTY :-

• Students must take care of the school properties provided for their use & benefit. Electric fans, lights & taps should be turned off when not in use. The concern student has to compensate for any damage done to the school belongings - building, furniture, equipments, apparatus, books etc.

14 . REPORTS :-

• Reports on the student's attendance, conduct & progress are issued after each examination to the Parents/Guardians only. So, they are advised to collect it during P.T. meet. Any alteration or correction of errors can be rectified as per the school policy only.

15 . TIFFIN :-

• Students has to carry his/her tiffin & water bottle, school does not permit the tiffin to be brought by someone else, even by Parents/Guardians.

16 . NO GIFTS ALLOWED :-

• No gifts are allowed for teachers or any staff member.
